In Search of...
Listed below are some of the dead ends I've encountered while researching my family history. I've tried all of the usual research tools, to no avail. Please contact me using the address at the bottom of this page if you are able to help.
Francesco DeNina (Frank Denena) was born in Poggioreale in 1884 and died in Kansas City, Missouri in 1944. He was married to Flora Edna Bowline and had at least three children. Bernard Leon (Bennett) DeNina was born about 1910, Ralph DeNina was born in 1912 and Dora Ann DeNina was born about 1916. I know nothing more about Bennett and Dora, but Ralph married twice, to Ruth Mary White and to Bessie Helen Youngblood. His marriage to Bessie produced at least one child, Frank Robert DeNina, who was born in 1931 and died in 1944. Ralph died in Kansas City, Missouri in 1986. I'd like to be able to contact any descendants of this family, as Frank's siblings have descendants living in Poggioreale today and in Sydney, Australia.
Other names that appear in this branch of the family are: DeVilla Hammers (wife of Bernard Denena), Kenneth Wesely Winsell (husband of Doris Ann Denena) and Dorothy L. Furlong (wife of Bernard L. Denena II). Some of this family may have settled in Minetto, New York and Willoughby, Ohio.
