Houston Reunion 2009
Well, after months of planning, the 2009 Reunion of Poggioreale Families in Houston, Texas is a thing
of the past. We've had wonderful feedback and everyone seems to have had a
good time. Lots of family connections and happy memories were made by the
more than 400 in attendance.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without the participation
of everyone on the planning committee as well as a number of other people
who pitched in to make the event a success. The planning committee consisted

Lena and Kenneth McCann who helped out on the check-in desk and serving line
Toni Tax, Virginia DeForke, Connie Cunzalo Nagle and Diana Bray, who helped at the check-in desk
Everyone who brought sweets including those wonderful home made cucciadate
by the Cantavespri granddaughters of Louisiana
One of the pitfalls of trying to thank everyone is that someone will surely
be left out unintentionally. Please excuse my bad memory and let me know of
any omissions.
We were able to scan a number of family photos during the reunion which I
hope to have posted on the website in the next couple of weeks. I'd also
like to post photos of the reunion on the website, so if you have some you'd
like to contribute, please contact me for details on how to get them to me.
